Das erste Live-Album von The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble namens "I Forsee the Dark Ahead, If I Stay", welches zwischen 2006 und 2011 auf Shows in den Niederlanden, Slowenien, Ungarn, Spanien und Polen aufgenommen wurde, kann man sich kostenlos (bzw. per freiwilliger "pay what you want" Spende) hier herunterladen.



Das Album umfasst dabei neun düster elektronisch knarzende Doomjazz / Post-Rock / Trip-Hop Tracks vom Feinsten - der ideale Soundtrack für die Weihnachtsfeiertage also ;)

The Roots haben kurz vor Jahresende mit dem Konzeptalbum "Undun" für mich eins der besten Alben 2011 abgeliefert.



Und weil das Album so grossartig ist, haben sich The Roots nicht nur eine Release-Single, sondern auch gleich einen stimmigen, komplett in bedrückendem Schwarz-Weiss gehaltenen Kurzfilm mit Skits aus den Tracks Tip The Scale, Sleep, Stomp und Make My gegönnt.
