The Cathedral (Polish: Katedra) is the title of a science fiction short story by Jacek Dukaj, winner of the Janusz A. Zajdel Award in 2000; and of a 2002 short animated movie by Tomasz Bagiński, based on the story. The film was nominated in 2002 for the Academy Award for Animated Short Film for the 75th Academy Awards. The movie won the title of Best Animated Short at Siggraph 2002 in San Antonio as well as several other awards.

5 Jahre nach dem Ende meiner Lieblingsserie "The Sopranos" gibt´s endlich mal etwas neues von David Chase - und zumindest Tony (James Gandolfini) ist auch mit dabei:

Wie der Vater so der Sohn - der erste, verstörende Trailer für Brandon Cronenberg´s Film "Antiviral" kann sich jedenfalls sehen lassen und erinnert stark an Papa David Cronenberg (bekannt für Shivers, Videodrome, Naked Lunch, eXistenZ etc.)

Düstere Zukunftsvision zum Thema Augmented Reality und Social Media von Eran May-raz und Daniel Lazo, entstanden als Abschlussarbeit für die Bezaleal Academy of Arts. Erinnert mich persönlich ziemlich stark an die geniale, dreiteilige Mini Tv-Serie "Black Mirror".



Wobei "Zukunft" in Zeiten von Project Glass, berührbaren Hologrammen und Augmented Reality Kontaktlinsen wohl nur wenige Wochen bis Monate heisst.
