Wenn ihr euch heute nur ein Video anschaut, dann sollte es das hier sein:

This is a third year group film from Sheridan College 2010. It was a collaborative effort of 8 months between Sean Calligan, Jen Bamford, Hail Kim, Nosa Ott, Cassandra Piesz, Morghan Peressini, Vanessa Stefaniuk, Derek Spencer, and Eddie West.

Was würdest Du mitnehmen wenn Dein Haus brennt?
Dieser einfachen Frage geht "The Burning House" nach - und das Ergebnis kann höchst unterschiedlich ausfallen. Mitmachen darf man übrigens auch:

If your house was burning, what would you take with you? It's a conflict between what's practical, valuable and sentimental. What you would take reflects your interests, background and priorities. Think of it as an interview condensed into one question.

Mir war gerade langweilig, also hab´ ich mich an ein paar Gif-Loops von Garden State (Amazon) versucht:

"Look, I don't know how to do this but you're gonna need to come home now. Last night... Your mother died last night, Andrew. She drowned. Last night she drowned in the bath."

"You know that point in your life when you realize the house you grew up in isn't really your home anymore? All of a sudden even though you have some place where you put your shit, that idea of home is gone.

Weitere verwackelte Unterwasserfotos von meinem letzten Urlaub in Ägypten gibt´s in diesem Flickr-Album.

Schöne Liste bei Graphic Design Junction mit 60 aktuellen Single Page Webdesigns. Genau danach habe ich gerade für ein aktuelles Projekt gesucht - auch wenn das Ergebnis wie fast immer dann doch komplett anders ausgefallen ist.

Ich hab keine Ahnung aus welchem Loch Death Grips plötzlich gekrochen ist - ich weiss nur, dass ich schon seit Jahren keinen so wütend-aggressiven, disharmonischen Hip Hop mehr gehört habe.



Ob das nun wirklich der "next level" von experimentiellem Hip Hop / Death Rap / Hardcore / Drone oder einfach nur ein Typ auf zu viel Meth ist, kann ich auch nicht genau sagen. Das Debut-Album "Exmilitary" gibt´s auf jeden Fall kostenlos zum Download auf der Death Grips Website bzw. bei Soundcloud, also kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild davon machen.



Als Einstieg empfehle ich das höchst epileptische "Death Grips - Full Moon (Death Classic)" Video - danach ist man (vielleicht) bereit für das komplette Album:
